NOTICE: In response to recent erroneous postings on NextDoor alleging that The Emmons Company and contractors employed by the Village Homes Property Owners Association use poisons to control and/or eradicate animal pests, this is to advise all residents that poisons are NOT being used in any of our greenbelt common areas or at the clubhouse, pool and tennis court. The Village Homes Board hopes that with respect to your personal properties, all of you will utilize methods to deal with pests that do not dispense toxins into the environment that will sicken or kill wildlife, pets and possibly humans.
