The Ballot package for the new CC&R’s and Bylaws was mailed weeks ago. As of March 10th,  the current ballot count for the Bylaws stands at 196, which is roughly 30%. The current ballot count for the CC&Rs stands at 194, which is roughly 30%. Please do not delay, drop your ballots in a mailbox (prepaid postage). We hope to be able to count the ballots in the April meeting. Thank you for participating in this important exercise.
